Standard Delivery £5.95
Standard deliveries take approximately 3-4 days and take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank or public holidays). A signature will be required upon receipt.
Next Day Delivery £7.95
You can chose to have guaranteed next day delivery if you place your order before 12 noon.
Next day is available for delivery from Monday to Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).
A signature will be required upon receipt.
Sorry, our Next Day Service is not available for remote postcodes.
Alternative Delivery Address
We can send your goods to an address different to that of your billing address. When ordering, please insert the details of your preferred delivery location.
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase, but if not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned items must be unused, unlaundered and in the original packaging.
We are sorry that we cannot refund any postage charges on exchanged items but we will deliver any replacement goods to you free-of-charge.
Before you return the goods, please notify us in writing (within the 14 day period) that you wish to cancel your order and that you are returning the item(s). We will offer you a full refund including any our standard delivery charge.
It may take up to 10 working days to process your returned parcel. We will need to confirm that the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. When we completed the process we will confirm this to you by email or post. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund payment to appear on your credit card statement.

Returning Faulty Items
It very seldom happens, but when it does, we are disappointed. If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase. We will arrange for the goods to be collected and for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional charge.
Please follow the instructions below:
Contact our Customer services team to obtain a returns authorisation code before returning faulty goods at email@example.com
Repackage the product into the original packaging.
Complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel, indicating your reason for the return, detach and enclose with your parcel.
Affix the returns label to the outside of your parcel.
Take the parcel to your local postal service and obtain a proof of postage.
